Explainer video about exercise and health - specifically how sitting down can shorten your life. I was tasked by the studio Creative Connection in Bristol, to execute the project outlined in the storyboard using the assets they provided. As such my main contributions were rigging and animation. This took about 5 days. This highlight of this project for me was making Dane cry and the angry chair! Commisioned by the RCGP to promote Moving Medicine and Active Practice!
